Refund & Return Policy

At No Cap Co, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

Item received is damaged or defective
Wrong item was delivered
Significant size discrepancy from the size chart

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: items that have been worn, washed, or altered; items without original tags; sale or discounted items (unless defective); items returned after 7 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or received a defective item, we're happy to exchange it. Please contact us at shivahom97@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us at shivahom97@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost. For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
