We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) on all orders across India. Pay when your order arrives — no upfront payment required.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, delivery times are as follows:

Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 2–4 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–6 business days
Remote & Rural Areas: 6–9 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier partner.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your package in real time through our courier partner's website.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us at shivahom97@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
